Dick has enjoyed a nice breakout sophomore campaign for Toronto, starting all 40 of his appearances while averaging 15.7 points and shooting nearly 35 per cent from three.
Edey, a Toronto native, was the ninth pick in the 2024 draft. The seven-foot-four big man is averaging 9.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 33 games.
Miller, a 2023 second-round pick, has appeared in only 21 NBA games in his two seasons. The Thornhill, Ont., native has primarily played for the Iowa Wolves of the NBA G League this season, averaging 24.4 points and 11.8 rebounds a game.
The Rising Stars is a one-night tournament, featuring four rosters of seven players each. Teams will play semifinal games where the first to 40 points wins; those semifinal winners will then play in a championship game, with the winning team being the first one to 25 points.
The winning team in the Rising Stars tournament will be the fourth team in the All-Star Game, alongside three teams of NBA players.
