Isaiah Likely continues to recover from off-season foot surgery but will not be available for the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1, according to a new report.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported on Wednesday that the veteran tight end is still on track to return to the lineup early in the season.
Likely, 25, broke his foot in late July and had surgery, but the Ravens did not place him on injured reserve.
He is entering his fourth year as the Ravens’ TE2, behind Mark Andrews, and is coming off a career-best season in which he collected 477 yards and six touchdowns.
The Ravens open the season on the road against the Bills on Sunday night.
